What You Will Do Shape and manage the European market entry plan, including market sizing, competitor analysis, regulatory review, and prioritization. Lead go-to-market planning for each country: supply chain acquisition, marketing, pricing, and adapting commercial models. Recruit and lead a team to drive market launches, including local managers and cross-functional support. Build partnerships, secure regulatory approvals, and develop operational processes for new markets. Track and report progress against milestones, refining strategy based on early results. What We’re Looking For 10–14 years of experience in international expansion, market entry, or senior commercial leadership across several markets. Demonstrated success leading market launches in Europe, ideally in consumer or marketplace sectors. Strategic mindset with strong execution skills.
