Role Overview
The Director of Pre-Sales and Implementations leads Yapily’s efforts at the intersection of Sales and Delivery. This senior position manages a team of Implementation Engineers and oversees the Pre-Sales function. The role works closely with both new and existing clients, demonstrating Yapily’s capabilities and guiding them through onboarding.
Direct collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams is central to this role. The Director sets delivery standards and ensures smooth handoffs and communication across departments.
What You Will Do
- Lead and develop the Implementation Engineering team
- Manage the Pre-Sales process, including technical discussions with prospects
- Oversee client onboarding, from initial engagement through to successful go-live
- Act as a key link between Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support
- Maintain high standards for delivery and continuously improve processes
What We Look For
- Hands-on experience managing complex API or fintech implementations
- Background in leading technical teams and client-facing functions
- Ability to navigate the full implementation lifecycle, from pre-sales to delivery
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
