As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Director of Supply Chain & Facilities who will take charge of the vital infrastructure that underpins our pharmacy operations, ensuring safety and reliability on a daily basis.
About the Role
This senior operational leadership position is central to our organization, with key responsibilities including:
- Management of medicines and operational procurement
- Oversight of partner logistics and delivery networks
- Facilities management, estates oversight, and Health & Safety compliance
The successful candidate will be accountable for outcomes in these areas, guiding established managers and operational teams. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight with hands-on operational involvement when needed, particularly during growth phases or periods of supply risk.
