The Opportunity
We are searching for an innovative and strategic Head of Investor Relations to spearhead capital raising and foster investor relationships for our crypto investment strategies within the Asset & Wealth Management division.
This role is integral to the Keyrock organization, providing the necessary institutional infrastructure, credibility, and growth support. It is a dynamic, entrepreneurial position ideal for a seasoned IR or capital raising expert with a successful track record of engaging Family Offices and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and ready to expand into a comprehensive leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Capital Raising
Drive capital raising initiatives targeting Family Offices, HNWIs, and crypto-savvy investors.
Establish, manage, and optimize a strong investor pipeline.
Engage in proactive outreach, utilize existing networks, and participate in relevant industry conferences and events.
Effectively communicate our investment strategies, performance metrics, and the Keyrock platform to potential investors.
Investor Relations
Serve as the main liaison for both current and prospective investors.
Oversee the complete investor lifecycle: onboarding, continuous communication, and exit processes.
Manage due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), requests for information (RFIs), and due diligence processes with Family Offices and individual investors.
Maintain accurate CRM and investor documentation.
Expand the Investor Relations team as the division grows.
Marketing & Communications
Collaborate with marketing to organize and attend conferences, investor events, and networking opportunities to establish new connections and create a sustainable pipeline.
