The Mission
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Demand Generation to lead our top-of-funnel strategies. You will design and execute advanced outbound and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives tailored for the global logistics and freight forwarding industries, engaging enterprise leaders using our cutting-edge, AI-enhanced marketing tools to drive sustainable growth. Your role is not just to generate leads; you will develop strategies and programs that convert high-quality interest into predictable, qualified revenue.
Your Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Designing the Comprehensive Strategy: Oversee the journey from initial awareness to revenue impact, ensuring marketing serves as a primary, measurable driver of Raft AI’s growth.
- Engineered Logistics-Focused ABM Strategies: Create and implement highly focused ABM campaigns that address the unique challenges faced by freight forwarders and global logistics providers. Engage them through a deep understanding of their operational hurdles, leveraging high-impact LinkedIn and Integrated Media strategies.
- Directing the Sales Funnel: Develop fast-paced, multi-channel campaigns—primarily utilizing LinkedIn and Integrated Media—to attract and expedite opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Managing the Revenue Stack: Oversee our CRM and automation tools (HubSpot) with precision, ensuring data integrity, exceptional lead nurturing, and real-time monitoring of pipeline health.
- Driving Continuous Improvement: Manage budgets and performance forecasts to achieve high-ROI outcomes. Employ a data-driven experimentation approach for every campaign, utilizing attribution and ROI metrics to enhance execution continually.
- Aligning Sales & GTM Efforts: Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to synchronize outbound and inbound activities, working with Product Marketing to ensure our strategies align with Raft’s global go-to-market objectives.
- Enhancing High-Profile Initiatives: Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and creators to maximize impact at international conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
