Your mission
As the Director of Data Analytics at Birdie, your objective will be to transform data into a pivotal asset by reconstructing our platform for enhanced understanding of care and developing analytics products that provide customers with vital insights for improving outcomes for older adults.
How you will contribute
Lead and manage our customer-focused analytics product, collaborating closely with the product team to design and implement data features that deliver tangible value to care providers.
Spearhead the modernization of our data platform by making strategic architectural decisions that enhance reliability, scalability, and external usability.
Establish and communicate a cohesive data strategy that aligns platform investments with product outcomes, gaining buy-in from senior stakeholders across the organization.
Build and lead a high-performing data team, creating clear workflows that maintain focus and minimize reactive, ad-hoc demands.
