Fama is an innovative SaaS company headquartered in the US, rapidly expanding its international footprint. Following significant organic growth outside of the US, we are on the lookout for a seasoned Go-To-Market (GTM) leader to be our inaugural on-the-ground representative in the UK. This pivotal role will focus on accelerating our growth trajectory in the EMEA region and broadening our customer and partner base.
As a senior-level self-starter reporting directly to US leadership, you will be the regional expert, spearheading GTM strategies and delivering valuable market insights to our US executive team. As our operations expand, you will be instrumental in identifying talent requirements to further enhance our EMEA presence. The ideal candidate will combine extensive background screening knowledge with a strong commercial acumen, serving as a key brand ambassador for Fama throughout the region.
This position may necessitate occasional in-person collaboration within London or nearby areas. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance (approximately 2 hours).
Market Expansion & Regional Support
Transition from organic, word-of-mouth international growth to a regionally focused, proactive client service strategy. Establish the foundational elements for our Western European expansion strategy.
Meet regional performance objectives in close coordination with US leadership, ensuring alignment with global corporate goals.
Enhance the customer journey within the region, providing local insights to marketing, sales, RevOps, and support teams to boost brand awareness and retention.
Utilize Fama’s enthusiastic customer base to reflect local market insights, ensuring the UK value proposition is culturally relevant and compelling.
Partner & Customer Engagement
Act as the primary regional contact and brand representative for Fama’s existing customer and reseller partner network.
Lead as the technical consultant and product advocate for Fama’s social media screening technology, fostering regional trust and credibility.
Represent Fama at industry events and strategic partner meetings to enhance customer enablement and market visibility.
Support Fama's reseller network, which significantly contributes to our HR revenue, by providing localized enablement materials and resources.
