We are currently seeking a Director of Advertising Partnerships to spearhead and expand our collection of valuable advertising relationships across the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and performance of non-endemic partnerships (such as tourism boards and non-travel brands), driving substantial revenue growth through KAYAK’s comprehensive advertising, media, and creative offerings. As a leader, you will cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation while also enhancing the overall regional performance.
This position requires in-office work at our London location at least three days per week.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a detailed roadmap for managing and scaling KAYAK’s non-endemic accounts in the EMEA region.
Build and maintain influential relationships with high-level executives and key decision-makers at major tourism boards and non-travel brands.
Act as the primary consultant for your partners, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives and aligning KAYAK’s products and creative solutions to achieve success against their KPIs.
Lead critical negotiations for contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and identifying new commercial avenues to meet ambitious revenue goals.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of sales managers, fostering a culture of client advocacy and commercial excellence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, the in-house Content Production Team, Ad Operations, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions.
