We are excited to announce a newly created position that will involve working on-site at a major global organization in the City. This role will report directly to the Digital Event Team Lead and will focus on supporting global live and on-demand events, internal productions, and online virtual events through tailored webcast and distribution platforms.
This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented and thrives in a high-visibility, fast-paced, multitasking environment at the forefront of communications and technology.
Key responsibilities:
- Create, update, project manage, and edit live and on-demand streaming media events.
- Support webcasts from request through delivery, ensuring that the needs of both the requester and the in-house team are met on schedule and within budget.
- Attend meetings with clients and manage live events and webcasts, overseeing scheduling, pre-production, production, post-production, and operations.
- Manage technical elements, including tests, teleconference coordination, and on-site production.
- Facilitate webcast interactivity, including chat features, polling, and online question management, while providing post-webcast metrics.
- Build and maintain successful client relationships.
- Consistently meet project timelines and ensure flawless execution of webcast events.
- Keep all project stakeholders informed throughout the project life cycle: pre-event, live-event, and post-event.
- Troubleshoot technical issues before, during, and after events.
