The RoleThis position is an Operations role tailored for an individual eager to build like a founder and work like an operator, particularly one with extensive experience in payments and acquiring.You will work closely with the CEO across various facets of the business: go-to-market strategy (GTM), pricing, onboarding, treasury, product, and partnerships. You will tackle the most significant challenges head-on. Your expertise in payments is crucial — as a Merchant of Record, we oversee authorization rates, PSP relationships, chargebacks, and payment economics — but your role will not be limited to just payments.This is a “ghostbuster” role. Ghostbusters tackle complex issues that don’t fit neatly into one area. One week you could be negotiating PSP pricing, the next you're refining merchant onboarding processes, then you’ll be developing a new market launch strategy.Your work is a significant part of your purpose.
