Reporting to the VP of Credit, you will lead a dynamic team and act as the primary credit representative across product, collections, and capital markets as the company scales.Your ContributionsP&L Management: Oversee the risk-adjusted margins throughout the portfolio and refine pricing strategies to ensure all segments deliver profitable returns.Decisioning Framework: Lead the development and execution of the comprehensive decisioning framework across both new client origination and existing customer management.Model Development: Direct the credit data science team to create top-tier credit models utilizing both traditional and alternative data sources.Financial Forecasting: Manage the forecasting of IFRS 9 provisions and loss estimates that directly influence financial planning.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that FCA-compliant policy documentation is maintained across affordability, underwriting, and collections, owning the rationale for all significant decisions.Capital Markets Engagement: Support structured finance initiatives and present portfolio performance data to debt investors.Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage critical relationships with key suppliers, including credit bureaus, decision engines, and alternative data providers.
