Our Pricing and Market Access (P&MA) practice merges strategic consulting with in-depth industry expertise to enhance launch and long-term pricing strategies. The P&MA team aids pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech clients by aligning product objectives with market-specific evidence requirements, payer expectations, and competitive dynamics, ensuring effective global commercialization.
Role Overview
- Oversee 2 to 5 projects of varying complexity, depending on experience.
- Lead a diverse range of ClearView P&MA project types, providing structure and order even in unfamiliar project scenarios.
- Demonstrate outstanding project management skills, including early identification of issues, designing impactful agendas, and minimizing urgent last-minute tasks.
- Enhance the quality and clarity of team outputs through clear direction, hypothesis-driven thinking, streamlined narratives, effective visuals, and concise writing.
- Collaborate proactively with leadership, seeking partnership early and addressing potential challenges regarding client or team performance.
- Foster a positive experience for team members.
- Commit to mentorship within and beyond project settings, ensuring high-quality coaching.
- Embody and promote ClearView's core values.
