The Team:
The Commercial Strategy team serves as the core for strategy development, growth analytics, and operational excellence within our Third Party (Partner and Introducer) customer acquisition channels in Germany. Collaborating with numerous SME Brokers, banks, and major platforms, we strive to deliver our lending products most effectively to their clientele. Our team formulates and implements strategies to expand iwoca’s outreach, working collaboratively to optimize Partner and Introducer channels for efficiency and profitability. It’s a dynamic, agile team where we connect data insights with strategic decision-making to drive measurable commercial impact.
Your Role:
As the analytical backbone of our German Third Party customer acquisition teams, you will leverage data to fuel smarter and faster growth. This position is tailored for an analytical individual aspiring to build a career in fintech strategy and analytics, offering a unique mix of hands-on data engagement and strategic involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct tailored analyses to address business challenges and support long-term team goals, such as determining optimal commission structures or incentive programs for our partners.
Evaluate Partner and Introducer funnel performance, conversion rates, and operational processes to pinpoint opportunities for performance enhancement and growth acceleration.
Lead and assist in strategic initiatives through data analysis and process refinement, aiding the team in launching new projects and experiments.
