This role involves providing comprehensive support on various corporate, commercial, and governance matters on a global scale.Your ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial contracts with partners, suppliers, and clients.Deliver commercially-focused legal advice to various departments, including partnerships, HR, and sales across the UK and EMEA.Manage and advise on commercial disputes and contractual issues in the UK, EMEA, and AMERS as needed.Oversee SiteMinder's real property interests in multiple regions based on business requirements.Stay updated on regulatory changes across the UK, EMEA, and AMERS, providing clear and actionable insights to the business.Offer company secretarial support across different jurisdictions, including the UK, EMEA, and AMERS.Your QualificationsLaw degree (Bachelor of Laws or equivalent) and a valid practicing certificate in Australia or the UK.Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or in-house at a global organization.In-depth knowledge of corporate and contract law.
