Key Responsibilities Internal Communications: Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, delivering clear, accurate, and timely responses that align with company policies. Operations: Ensure execution excellence in core HR processes, including documentation, data management, and administrative tasks, maintaining accuracy and consistency at every step. System Management: Keep HR systems up-to-date by accurately managing employee data and records to support data integrity and reporting needs. Employee Experience: Guide employees through their onboarding and offboarding journeys, informing them about our benefits and policies. Payroll Support: Collaborate closely with the Finance team to manage HR-related inputs and deadlines. Who You Are Strong Academic Background: You hold an undergraduate degree with a minimum classification of 2:1 or above. Proactive and Driven: You possess excellent planning and organizational skills, thrive under tight deadlines, and can effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective Communicator: You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, conveying your message confidently and clearly to employees and internal stakeholders. Detail-Oriented: You maintain high standards, exhibit obsessive attention to detail, and approach work methodically.
