Your daily role as an Associate:
As a vital member of the Client Service team, you will connect clients with the expert insights they require. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects involving investors, strategists, and dealmakers from leading organizations seeking expert guidance to enhance their decision-making processes. This is a high-communication, fast-paced position requiring efficient multitasking across various projects.
Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Expert Recruitment: Engage extensively with experts who are ideal fits for your clients' needs, often under time constraints.
- Grasp the project and market landscape, alongside understanding the legal and regulatory contexts that affect your clients and their experts.
- Project Ownership: Take charge of every element of your projects, managing client-expert interactions and meticulously organizing calls to facilitate smooth collaboration.
Supporting your success as an Associate involves:
- Providing a broad introduction to the business landscape without confining you to a single industry.
- Assisting in the development of transferable commercial and client management skills including professional communication, negotiation, persuasion, and project management.
- Offering a clear path for advancement to Manager within 24-30 months, and to Vice President in approximately 5 years.
- Successful completion of the Associate Program may qualify you for our MBA Tuition Program, which offers financial support toward the costs of top business schools globally.
