About this Role
As Vestd's inaugural Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a critical role in defining and expanding the company's revenue framework. You will oversee Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations as a unified entity, collaborating closely with the CEO and Business Unit leaders to achieve sustainable, predictable ARR growth.
This role requires a visionary commercial leader capable of identifying growth limitations, pinpointing high-leverage opportunities, and developing the necessary systems and processes to convert strategy into tangible results.
You will be responsible for the complete commercial strategy, from the go-to-market design to execution and optimization. This involves setting clear revenue operating standards across Business Units, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring consistent, data-driven decision-making. We seek an individual who can navigate ambiguity, make defensible decisions, and handle challenges with confidence.
Your success will depend on a profound understanding of our target customers, product-market fit, and the nuances of scaling a business at our growth stage. You will utilize modern tools and technologies to enhance messaging, engage the market meaningfully, and unlock new growth avenues while elevating performance across diverse customer segments and deal sizes.
In this role, you will exercise significant autonomy and accountability, making decisive choices, aligning stakeholders, and leading proactively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
