This role will focus on driving efficient customer acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion across all Pleo markets through both paid and owned channels. As a senior leadership position, you will be responsible for paid acquisition, organic growth (SEO/AEO), owned channels, and optimizing full-funnel performance. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with the Website, Brand, PMM, Sales, RevOps, PLG, Product, and other teams. Your mission will be to translate strategy into measurable outcomes—developing systems, teams, and workflows that foster efficient growth now, while also laying the groundwork for long-term success.Team and Reporting StructureYou will report directly to our VP of Marketing and lead an existing team of specialists focused on Performance and Organic channels. Collaboration with Sales, RevOps, and Product will be crucial to align our PLG and Sales-led funnels into a unified system.Your ResponsibilitiesAs the Associate Director of Digital Channels, your key responsibilities will include:Spearheading Efficient Customer Acquisition: Overseeing paid channels, SEO/AEO efforts.Working alongside Product and Web teams to enhance marketing site performance, generating high-quality leads while balancing conversion rates and acquisition costs.Optimizing the Full Funnel: Defining channel strategy, conducting experiments, and allocating budget based on performance metrics.
