ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Business Director at Mediahub, you will lead a dynamic team and oversee day-to-day operations while continually refining our collaborative approach across all disciplines to fulfill client Statements of Work (SOW). This role is pivotal in nurturing client relationships, delivering a transformative client experience, identifying new business opportunities, and guiding a high-performing team to create media strategies and campaigns that challenge conventional boundaries, all while driving revenue growth.

New Balance is a rapidly advancing brand that operates at the crossroads of sport, fashion, and culture with unparalleled expertise. Its growth trajectory is fueled not only by its performance credibility but also by its acute understanding of how products, storytelling, and partnerships resonate in people’s lives—from elite sports to street style and broader cultural conversations. As the Media Agency of Record (AOR), we lead integrated strategies, brand planning, and activation across Europe, managing a complex regional ecosystem to ensure the brand resonates with both consistency and local relevance. The Business Director on this account will require a balance of rigor and agility, connecting teams, markets, and disciplines to support New Balance in scaling its impact.
