The infrastructure includes cloud services, digital asset management platforms, file sharing and collaboration tools (such as Box), and systems that support media operations worldwide. This is a hands-on position involving configuration, incident resolution, and vendor management. The manager works closely with production, creative, and engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure supports the pace and needs of an agile agency. Main Responsibilities Production Infrastructure Management Oversee deployment and daily management of production infrastructure, maintaining high uptime and performance across all environments. Set and maintain infrastructure standards, documentation, and incident response protocols for production systems. Direct capacity planning and scaling strategies to support agency growth and campaign needs. Manage monitoring, alerting, and observability tools to identify and address issues before they affect production. Cloud Services Management Administer cloud environments, including Google Drive and Box, applying best practices for security, cost control, and resilience. Lead cloud migration projects and enhance cloud infrastructure to support agency workflows.
