Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless execution of software builds, maintaining the highest quality standards. You will engage with various stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of software builds while ensuring adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and Communication: Work collaboratively with project teams, solution architects, and developers to foster effective communication and alignment on build objectives.
- Build Delivery: Oversee the software build delivery, including branching strategies, integration, and down-branching, while leading troubleshooting efforts to guarantee build stability and reliability.
- Impact Assessment: Collaborate with solution architects to evaluate the implications of change requests or new requirements on the product, considering the effects on code, execution, and overall product stability.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure build processes adhere to established quality benchmarks, conducting regular reviews and audits.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify and manage risks and issues affecting the build process, creating and executing strategies to mitigate challenges effectively.
- Technical Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of technical aspects related to Avaloq's products and services, encompassing software development, system integration, and cloud services.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure that all build processes comply with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, adhering to the overarching governance delivery model.
