You will spearhead the strategy for advertising that drives Heidi's global scaling efforts. Your mission goes beyond merely creating ads; you will establish a creative framework that generates sustained growth.Key Responsibilities1. Creative Strategy That ScalesDevelop a comprehensive creative roadmap for channels including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Create structured testing frameworks encompassing hooks, formats, angles, Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and offers.Transform performance insights into actionable, repeatable creative playbooks.Assess global versus local creative requirements across markets including the UK, Canada, US, ANZ, and emerging regions.2. Insight → Concept → Iteration LoopCraft high-impact briefs that are data-driven and address clinician challenges.Facilitate collaboration between media and design teams.Lead brainstorming sessions across various teams to generate innovative ideas.
