Role Overview
As an independent Payments Consultant with examplecorpsandbox, you will embody the role of a mini-CEO—cultivating your own business while championing innovative payment solutions that lead the market. You’ll engage with small businesses, guiding them through the onboarding process and managing your sales pipeline, allowing you to earn both immediate and ongoing commission from each merchant you onboard.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with small businesses in your designated area
Deliver customized payment solutions (POS, mPOS, e-commerce) tailored to client needs
Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets through effective deal closure
Maintain an organized CRM pipeline for tracking sales activities
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and onboarding, to enhance service delivery
Gather and communicate market insights to inform strategy
Represent examplecorpsandbox at industry events to elevate your local brand presence
Requirements
1–2+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in field sales with a focus on fintech or digital solutions
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities with business owners
Ability to work autonomously within your territory (UK driving license and vehicle preferred)
Preferred: prior experience in the payments or financial services sector
