Role Overview: Associate Retail Marketing Manager
This role focuses on raising awareness and driving sales of consumer products throughout the retail journey. The Associate Retail Marketing Manager develops and executes marketing campaigns across retail, traditional, and digital channels, with a focus on key EMEA and APAC markets.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and implement retail marketing campaigns and activities to increase awareness and sales of consumer products across omni-channel distribution, from concept through to execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including retailers and licensees.
- Support the development of retail marketing strategies for assigned markets.
Campaign Execution and Collaboration
- Work with the Retail Marketing Director to plan and manage consumer products retail marketing campaigns and product launches in selected countries, from initial ideas to final launch.
- Track and optimize paid advertising campaigns with chosen retailers and licensees.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Brief creative teams on campaign needs and asset creation. Ensure marketing materials, such as point-of-sale displays, social media content, video retail assets, and digital materials, align with brand identity and guidelines.
