POSITION OVERVIEW:The Medical Information department is a vital, client-facing role that facilitates the safe and effective utilization of pharmaceutical products by delivering timely, scientifically accurate, and evidence-based information in response to inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and payers. Our team also plays a pivotal role in managing adverse events and product complaints. As a member of the Medical Information Contact Center (MICC), the Associate Director is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through the management of assigned accounts, overseeing implementation, ongoing support, and regular meetings. This role necessitates a deep understanding of client requirements to ensure that deliverables align with expectations, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
