Located in the heart of Chelsea, our stylish independent brasserie has earned a stellar reputation for offering inspired casual dining. Open daily from early until 10 PM, we pride ourselves on attracting a loyal clientele and providing a bustling dining experience for up to 70 guests.
Role Overview
As an Assistant Manager, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager to lead a dedicated floor team of 12 staff members. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the highest service standards, participating in team training and development, managing stock control, overseeing financial operations, and assisting with marketing initiatives.
You will work 5 days a week, averaging between 40 to 45 hours with straight shifts, within a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Candidate Profile
We require a minimum of 12 months of experience in a similar role within a restaurant or brasserie environment. A passion for exemplary customer service and a well-rounded skill set are essential. You should possess the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced setting, with a track record of staff training and maintaining high service standards.

Salary & Benefits
Starting basic salary is £28,000 per annum, with additional tips bringing total earnings to approximately £30,000 - £32,000 per annum.
Work hours are approximately 40 to 45 hours weekly (straight shifts with 2 days off). Shift patterns likely include 8 AM - 4 PM or 12 PM - 10 PM.
