Role overview
The Acquisition Strategy Lead - Germany is based in London and plays a central part in iwoca’s growth within the German market. This position sits within the Acquisition Strategy and Tech team, a group that blends commercial strategy with technical solutions to manage the entire customer acquisition funnel, from first contact through to loan application.
Team focus
- Strategic Growth & Analytics: Transforming complex data into actionable insights for direct marketing and sales, supporting scalable and profitable outreach in Germany.
- Technical Infrastructure: Developing and maintaining proprietary systems and models tailored to German operations, with a focus on optimizing the user experience and onboarding process.
- Operational Excellence: Using data-driven decisions to achieve commercial outcomes, enabling potential clients to quickly understand how iwoca can help their business.

What you will do
This leadership role reports to the Head of Direct Acquisition. The Acquisition Strategy Lead guides an interdisciplinary team and is responsible for acquisition and activation outcomes in the German market. The primary focus is to design and implement strategies that drive growth and engagement.
