Deliveroo is looking for an Account Manager to join the Commercial team at The River Building HQ in London. This role supports our mission to improve shopping and dining experiences by building strong partnerships with restaurants and other partners. The Account Manager will help drive Deliveroo’s marketplace growth across the UK and Ireland.
In this position, you’ll work closely with some of the South of England’s top restaurants, helping them grow their online sales and strengthen their presence on our platform. The role combines relationship management, commercial negotiation, and data-driven strategy.

What You Will Do
- Drive Partner Growth: Use data and industry knowledge to help restaurant partners increase order volumes and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with senior contacts through regular in-person and virtual meetings.
- Lead Negotiations: Manage commercial negotiations to secure favorable, long-term agreements with partners.
- Improve Operations: Work with restaurant and rider operations teams to solve problems and improve efficiency.
- Act as a Local Expert: Represent Deliveroo in your region, keep up with industry trends, and suggest new strategies for local growth.
This role includes travel to meet partners in Colchester, Chelmsford, Ipswich, and nearby areas. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
