Role Overview and Significance
In this role, you will report to the Paid Social Account Director and play a pivotal role within the Paid Social team, focusing on achieving client objectives and optimizing Paid Social activities as part of integrated multi-channel strategies. You will leverage your initiative to manage campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn, championing best practices in campaign delivery, multi-market strategy alignment, and effective communication. Additionally, you will set an example by guiding and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, creation, and continuous management of Paid Social campaigns.
- Conduct health checks on accounts to ensure adherence to Mindshare best practices.
- Proactively optimize accounts, monitor market trends, and identify development opportunities.
- Design and execute development and testing plans, including media owner betas.
