If so, we want to hear from you!Role OverviewWe are seeking an Account Manager who will take ownership of a portfolio of Fleek's marketplace clients, focusing on customer retention, wallet share expansion, and overall account health.In this role, you will oversee a diverse range of clients, including resellers, vintage shops, and large enterprises across the UK and US. You will serve as their primary point of contact while developing systems and processes that facilitate scalable and high-quality account management. Your clientele will range from small online retailers to significant enterprises that transact considerable volumes with Fleek.This position demands proactive engagement rather than passive relationship management. You will be competing for market share against wholesalers from various regions, including the Middle East, US, and Europe. A deep understanding of your customers' businesses is essential, as is the ability to identify and resolve their challenges while discovering innovative opportunities for increasing their expenditures with Fleek each month. The ideal candidate will demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability to ambiguity, and an AI-centric mindset to scale operations effectively.
