Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive/Business Developer to cultivate new business relationships and act as the primary support for our existing clients. This position will concentrate on expanding our client base within the eCOA/Digital Health team.
Key Responsibilities:
Gain a deep understanding of TransPerfect's service offerings, their benefits, and competitive advantages.
Identify and engage prospective customers and organizations to drive sales initiatives.
Establish new client relationships through various channels, including cold calling, online outreach, and participation in trade shows.
Collaborate with Sales Management to identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
Educate clients about TransPerfect's services to enhance their overall experience.
Provide exceptional customer support and manage client expectations in partnership with the Production Management Team.
Oversee pricing strategies and contractual matters by fully understanding company procedures.
Proactively learn about each client’s industry, business needs, and culture to uncover new business opportunities and provide high-quality service.
Engage in special projects or duties as required.
