Role Summary and Impact
The Social Account Director will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing client campaigns while crafting social strategies that surpass expectations, whether focused on branding or ROI. Collaborating closely with the Senior Associate Director and Global Operations Centre, you will implement best-in-class social strategies and derive valuable insights through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Oversee the implementation, management, and daily optimization of campaign activities to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
- Effectively create media plans targeting specific KPIs.
- Understand and leverage products and solutions developed within the group that are relevant to clients.
- Take ownership of testing plans for clients and propose innovative testing ideas, including planning, executing, and evaluating tests with precision.
Client and Partner Management
- Design and create comprehensive social strategies for your client portfolio, ensuring their needs are met with creativity and efficiency.
