Role Overview
The AV Account Director leads advanced AV planning and buying for a varied client base, with a primary focus on easyJet (about 75% of the portfolio). Other accounts include National Express, Hawkstone, Westons, and Karo.
This position is central to delivering high-quality AV strategies across TV, BVOD/VOD, Cinema, and Audio. The director ensures plans align with agency and client investment objectives.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute AV plans and buying strategies for key clients, with a strong emphasis on easyJet.
- Work closely with senior internal stakeholders and client teams to build strong, credible relationships.
- Respond to client briefs and oversee the precise delivery of AV campaigns.
- Provide forward-thinking AV recommendations that support client growth.
- Maintain high standards of output and ensure effective day-to-day account management within the team.
- Enhance AV recommendations by applying audience insights and innovative approaches.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience in AV planning and buying, ideally across TV, BVOD/VOD, Cinema, and Audio.
- Strong commercial understanding and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing account teams.
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering high-quality work and innovative AV solutions.
