THE ROLE As a Fleet Operations Analyst for the Central Europe region, you will be instrumental in executing regional processes and managing local depots. Your primary focus will be on optimizing daily operations to enhance fleet availability and elevate customer satisfaction through superior fleet quality and operational efficiency. You will oversee end-to-end processes related to vehicle management, supplier engagement, stock management, and logistics, ensuring adherence to procedures that deliver high-quality fleet services to our customers. Reporting to the Central Europe Regional Operations Director, you will collaborate closely with regional colleagues and local operations to directly influence our results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to the development and refinement of asset management procedures designed by central teams, ensuring their relevance to your region. Maximize fleet availability by effectively executing vehicle in-fleeting and de-fleeting processes, as well as managing vehicle interventions. Ensure local depots are stocked with the necessary inventory to service the fleet, making purchases of spare parts as required. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the vehicles in our fleet and actively engage with local operations.
