The Regional Operations Support Manager plays a vital leadership role in coordinating and executing operational functions to ensure successful service delivery across the Southeast region. This position involves overseeing a cross-functional support team that includes dispatch, technical support, fleet management, training, onboarding, and materials management. You will collaborate closely with Business Managers, Field Managers, and Customer Success teams to facilitate seamless job execution. Your responsibilities include maintaining consistent, efficient, and scalable processes that meet customer and contractual requirements while driving strong field performance. This role is based onsite at our Lake Mary, FL office.
