Qualifications
Requirements:Must be a *Maui resident* with reliable transportation to travel to various locations. A genuine commitment to community service and the well-being of residents. Strong leadership skills that inspire others to take initiative and contribute positively. Excellent communication and organizational capabilities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and reports are accurately documented. Proficiency in utilizing technology, including iPads, to enhance our operational efficiency and track progress. Willingness to work overtime as needed, with shifts ranging from 10 to 12 hours.

Position Overview:
As a Hazwoper Task Force Leader, you will play a crucial role in guiding debris laborers, overseeing the collection and management of debris, and maintaining accurate records of all activities. Your responsibilities will include entering data reports, and issuing tags for vehicles entering and exiting our work sites. A Hazwoper certification is required, or you must be willing to undergo training.
