Together with our co-founders, we assemble talented teams to compete successfully in global markets.Our portfolio includes numerous businesses ranging from EdTech to SaaS, with products consistently recognized on platforms like Product Hunt and featured in top publications such as TechCrunch and Wired.We are currently expanding our payments division and seeking a Data Analyst to enhance payment analytics, work with key metrics, and support data-driven decisions across our businesses.Key Responsibilities:— Analyze payment metrics and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities in Approval Rate;— Prepare regular reporting and analytical insights for business teams;— Create and maintain dashboards tailored for various stakeholder levels;— Work with data from internal databases and external providers (API);— Monitor key performance indicators and assist in setting up alerts;— Collaborate on analytical models and metrics, enhancing calculation logic;— Contribute to data quality improvement and update stability;— Identify and optimize bottlenecks in queries and visualizations.What We Value:— 2+ years of experience as a Data/Product/BI Analyst;— Proficient in SQL (joins, aggregates, window functions);— Experience with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker);— Understanding of DWH and ETL processes is a plus;— Ability to work with large datasets and derive business insights;— Experience in Fintech, Payments, or E-commerce will be advantageous.SKELAR Foundation is a charitable organization established by our employees.
