We are currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Affemity Group. This team is dedicated to creating products and technologies that measurably enhance the quality of life for our users.

Your Impact: You will build a robust B2C product focused on mental and relationship wellness, ensuring measurable benefits for users, high retention, and engagement rates, as well as a healthy unit economy.
Expected Outcomes within 6-12 Months:
A well-defined product model: metric system, dashboard, and regular decision rhythm established.
A solid experimental system: continuous pipeline of tests, with measurable uplift from some.
Positive trends in product experience quality, verified by metrics: reduced churn, increased ARPU.
Delivery team operates in a systematic and predictable manner.
Your Future Responsibilities:
Define the North Star and key growth drivers (activation, engagement, retention, monetization), build a product KPI tree, and conduct weekly product reviews.
Analyze, design, and implement retention loops, while optimizing paywall and pricing models with a focus on user value and transparency.
Prioritize hypotheses and design experiments effectively.
Design user flows, establish clear acceptance criteria and Definition of Done, and coordinate with engineers for delivery planning.
Establish a continuous feedback loop with users to iterate on product enhancements.
