Key ResponsibilitiesLead payroll and accounting outsourcing projects, ensuring seamless end-to-end payroll processing and employee settlements. Supervise payroll calculations and disbursements, managing compensation, leaves, benefits, and termination settlements through client-bank systems. Guarantee precise calculations and timely remittance of payroll-related taxes and contributions, including PIT, military levy, SSC, and benefits-related taxes. Prepare and file statutory payroll and tax reports while liaising with regulatory authorities. Coordinate management and tax accounting services, generating management and tax reports, and oversee financial statement preparation with advisory support on payroll, accounting, and tax issues. Possess knowledge and hands-on experience, or readiness to learn, in other accounting domains. Mentor junior team members through effective guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback.
