If this resonates with you and you're eager to accelerate your career with us, let's connect!We are currently seeking a Junior User Acquisition Specialist to elevate our results together.Key Challenges in this Role Include:— Launching, scaling, and optimizing advertising campaigns (Google/Social/Native/R&D);— Diving deep into metrics and analytics (CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) to transform data into actionable insights;— Continuously experimenting with new approaches, channels, and formats;— Collaborating in creative brainstorming sessions with designers, marketing leaders, and product teams—your ideas will never be overlooked;— Analyzing competitors: their campaigns, messages, creatives, funnel structures—and leveraging insights to stay ahead.What We Value:— At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing, analytics, or related fields;— Proficiency in working with data, analytics, and dashboards;— Quick learner, adaptable to changes, and willing to think outside the box;— Detail-oriented with a double-check mentality; you can be relied upon to verify all details;— Proactive with a strong internal drive: you propose, test, analyze, and advance processes independently;— English proficiency at a B2+ level—to effectively engage with international markets and materials.Preferred Qualifications:— Understanding of key marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and their impact on the company's P&L;— Hands-on experience launching campaigns in Google/Meta or other performance channels;— Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for rapid analysis, A/B testing, and budget planning.— Experience with Big 4/Big 3 firms is a plus.What You Will Gain with Us:— Internal training and mentorship to advance your skills.
