We, the Laba Group, began our journey a decade ago and have since emerged as EdTech leaders in Eastern Europe. In 2020, we expanded into the European market and are currently engaged in projects across Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Hungary, and the Czech Republic.

We are on the lookout for a People Partner who will foster the growth of individuals, teams, and the HR function from within.
This role is ideal for those who aspire to make an impact: collaborating with managers, launching HR initiatives, and creating an environment where employees thrive and achieve results.
Your Responsibilities
- Enhance HR processes by identifying gaps and proposing data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and other teams
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, offboarding)
- Develop performance review and peer review processes
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings
- Work on team engagement and development
- Organize team activities: retrospectives, cross-team initiatives, buddy systems, and events
Our Ideal Candidate
- Possesses 2+ years of experience in an HR/People Partner role within a company of 100+ employees
- Has experience with HRIS (PeopleForce, Zoho People, or similar)
- Holds a deep understanding of the employee lifecycle
- Can build trust and communicate effectively
- Exhibits strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Is proactive and solution-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech, digital, or fast-growing companies
- Experience implementing performance cycles, OKRs, and review systems
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
