Standardize budgeting methodologies;Processes and Control: Ensure the quality, completeness, and accuracy of reporting data;Coordinate local finance teams regarding schedules, formats, and reporting requirements;Monitor compliance with control procedures and provide recommendations for improvement;Standardization and Unification: Implement a unified financial reporting methodology across all business units, continuously monitor changes in IFRS, interpret them, assess their impact on accounting policies and financial reporting, and update accounting policies;Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for improving and automating financial reporting processes at both the Group and business unit levels. (Excel/ERP/BI).Auditor Interaction: Coordinate and effectively interact with external auditors, ensuring timely provision of all necessary information and clarifications.
