Our people are our most valuable asset, and we strive to build businesses alongside the best talents available.We are currently seeking a Media Buyer to enhance our existing social channels and launch new ones.Key Challenges:— Scaling Meta Ads and Google Ads within a transactional business model;— Launching and scaling TikTok, Snapchat, X (formerly Twitter), Quora, etc.;— Collaborating closely with other marketing teams (Product Marketing, MarTech, Creative Team, and Marketing Analytics);— Directly influencing processes for growth in your area;— Managing and optimizing campaigns;— Remarketing to our users through various acquisition channels, including Google (our product focuses on retention, making this critical);— Conducting A/B tests in purchasing, funnels, and on the product;— Accessing in-house teams for user acquisition (product, creative, technical specialists).What We Offer:— High level of autonomy;— Opportunity to work directly with Head/C-level executives;— A wealth of service teams to support your area (analytics, creatives, funnels, MarTech, etc.);— Management of large budgets with the ability to test various hypotheses;— A strong and experienced team.What Matters to Us:— Minimum of 2 years of experience in User Acquisition/Performance Marketing;— Analytical skills;— Understanding of marketing metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention, and experience in optimizing them;— A growth-hacking mindset, meaning a desire to generate unconventional solutions and implement them. You should be willing to experiment repeatedly;— Ability to defend your opinion with reasoning and make independent decisions.
