This role will be pivotal in developing retention strategies for our products and systematically increasing user return rates.TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company specializing in streaming and social discovery platforms. The TENTENS Tech team boasts a successful track record of launching numerous platforms, enjoyed by millions of users across all continents (except Antarctica, for now).Key Challenges:Develop and implement a comprehensive Retention Marketing strategy.Generate, prioritize, validate, launch, and analyze numerous hypotheses regarding retention channel logic.Systematically enhance key product metrics related to user activation, retention, and return.Advance recommendation logic for email, SMS, and web push notifications within our proprietary ESP system.Launch and develop new user retention channels.Conduct regular user and market research to identify new growth opportunities.Be responsible for the strategic development of the area and actively participate in setting departmental goals.What We Value:At least 2 years of experience in email or retention marketing.Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions (collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data for product improvement and strategic planning).Skills in creating technical tasks for development.Successful cases of achieving business objectives through product hypothesis validation.Strong competency in working with product metrics and performance indicators.
