About Your Role
As a valued member of the Platinum Support team, you possess exceptional problem-solving skills and thrive in a dynamic environment. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues faced by our customers and partners. Your role is vital in assisting partners who support our product with their end users. If you enjoy helping others navigate complex challenges and can effectively communicate next steps and resolutions, you may be the perfect fit for this position. A minimum of three years of experience in a call center setting, preferably in a SIP/Telco environment, is required. Additionally, familiarity with LAN/WAN, Cloud technologies, and VoIP will be advantageous.
