The Head of Strategic Department at TechConnect plays a central role in guiding multiple teams and functions from the Jambi, Jambi City office. The position emphasizes leadership in land acquisition and management of external relations, supporting the company’s operational and business goals.
Main responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and improve the performance of the Land Acquisition team.
- Supervise Security, CSR, and External Relations functions, ensuring their activities align with business and operational objectives.
- Develop and present annual work plans and budgets for Land Compensation, Security, CSR, and External Relations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government bodies, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor and assess team performance, ensuring targets are met and taking corrective action when needed.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports covering land acquisition progress, community relations, and CSR program implementation.
- Offer strategic insights and solutions for land acquisition challenges and external issues related to mining or other operations.
- Ensure compliance with SMKP policies and regulations across all areas of responsibility.
