TechConnect is seeking an HRGA Department Head to lead Human Resources and General Affairs operations at our Jambi City location. This on-site leadership role shapes both daily processes and long-term plans, supporting our teams and business goals. What You Will Do Develop and carry out HR strategies that support company objectives. Direct recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs. Manage general affairs such as office operations, facility upkeep, and procurement. Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Lead employee relations to help build a positive, collaborative workplace. Oversee HRGA budgets and ensure resources are used efficiently. Work closely with other department heads to address HR and general affairs needs.
