As the Head of Leaseback Marketing & Product Management at TechConnect, you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies and product management initiatives tailored to the Leaseback sector. By analyzing industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and customer behaviors, you will drive sustainable business growth.
Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing Leaseback products and financing schemes, collaborating closely with Product Development, Risk Management, and various cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, profitability, and asset integrity.
Strategic partnerships with dealers, showrooms, and marketplaces will be your focus, enabling expanded distribution channels and increased financing volume.
Additionally, you will implement comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies, aimed at boosting customer loyalty, retention, and cross-selling opportunities, ultimately enhancing customer lifetime value and minimizing attrition.
You will oversee integrated marketing communications initiatives, including branding, campaigns, digital marketing, events, sponsorships, and PR efforts to reinforce brand positioning and enhance market awareness.
Your role will also include managing the marketing budget through rigorous data-driven analyses to ensure efficiency and measurable ROI. You will monitor divisional performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume and product contribution, ensuring continuous improvement and achievement of targets.
As a leader, you will mentor Department Heads and Section Heads, fostering a high-performing, agile, and results-oriented marketing organization. Additionally, you will prepare strategic business reports and recommendations for Board-level management, facilitating informed decision-making.
