Your responsibilities will include gathering root cause analysis data and providing corrective feedback in response to quality issues. You will ensure that our products consistently meet the rigorous quality standards necessary to minimize costs and enhance customer satisfaction while adhering to established procedures and processes. Additionally, you will verify that incoming materials comply with required quality standards, support new product introductions to guarantee product robustness, and collaborate with team members to develop and implement best practices focused on defect prevention, variation reduction, and continuous improvement in meeting customer requirements. You will manage customer-specific requirements and coordinate technical support, working through multiple phases or components of projects that may vary in complexity, with impacts on project completion.
