This role will focus on spearheading process enhancements, instituting standard operational procedures, and championing continuous improvement projects through structured problem-solving techniques and Kaizen practices. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic, team-centric environment and have a strong commitment to lean manufacturing and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Design, refine, and execute manufacturing processes to elevate quality, efficiency, and safety standards.Lead and engage in Kaizen events, root cause analysis (8D, A3, DMAIC), and continuous improvement initiatives.Create and uphold standard work instructions for production operations.Employ data-driven methodologies (SPC, Pareto analysis, time studies) to pinpoint and rectify process inefficiencies or defects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain, to facilitate new product introductions and process modifications.Assist in the selection of equipment, process validation, and layout optimization for enhanced lean flow.Oversee PFMEA, control plans, and risk assessments for manufacturing procedures.Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental regulations.Provide training and mentorship to operators and technicians regarding process modifications and lean principles.
