Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with a focus on Trust & Estate. Strong analytical skills and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients. CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
